1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Avon Cleaners ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dry cleaning, laundry, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), as well as our website and any other online platforms we operate.

By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Avon Cleaners provides professional garment care, including but not limited to dry cleaning, laundry (wash-and-fold), alterations, and care for specialty items. We also offer pickup and delivery services as specified.

3. Garment Care and Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: Before turning over your items, it is your responsibility to inspect them, empty all pockets, and inform us of any specific stains, damage, or vulnerabilities. We are not responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipstick, keys) or for the loss of such items.

Our Process: We will use our professional skill and judgment to provide the best possible cleaning results. We follow the care labels on each garment. If a care label is missing or illegible, we will proceed using our experience and a standard cleaning process. While we strive to remove all stains, we make no guarantees about the removal of all stains.

4. Inherent Risks of Cleaning

You acknowledge that all cleaning processes carry inherent risks. We are not responsible for damage to items due to pre-existing conditions such as weak or tender fabrics, hidden defects, or non-permanent dyes that are not apparent prior to cleaning.

5. Unclaimed Garments

We are not responsible for garments left with us for more than [30] days. After this period, we reserve the right to donate any unclaimed garments to a local charity or dispose of them as we see fit without any liability to you. We will attempt to contact you before this period expires.

6. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

Pricing: Prices for our services are available on our website or upon request. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment: Full payment is due upon pickup or prior to delivery of your completed order. We accept various forms of payment as indicated at our location or on our online platform.

Satisfaction Policy: We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning for any item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will re-clean the specific item at no additional charge. This is our sole remedy for dissatisfaction. No cash refunds will be issued for services rendered.

7. Damaged or Lost Property Policy

While we exercise the utmost care, in the rare event that an item is damaged or lost by us, the following terms apply:

Reporting Window: Any claim of a lost or damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

Liability Limit: Our liability for any single lost or damaged item shall not exceed [10] times our charge for cleaning that item, regardless of brand or condition. This is our maximum liability.

Reimbursement: For any item deemed lost or damaged by us, we will issue a credit or refund for the value of the item, taking into account its depreciation due to age, fashion, and condition, up to the maximum liability limit stated above.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our business or reputation. The content, logo, and other visual media on our website are our property and are protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in our Damaged or Lost Property Policy, in no event shall Avon Cleaners, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
